We are seeking experienced and driven Business Loan Relationship Managers who are looking beyond a sales position and aspire to build a rewarding, long-term career in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with SME clients and referral partners.

• Understand clients financing needs and recommend appropriate unsecured working-capital solutions.

• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and coordinate loan applications through to successful disbursement.

• Build and manage your own client portfolio while developing sustainable business opportunities.

• Achieve a monthly loan disbursement target of S$350,000, subject to company credit policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SME financing, business loan sales or commercial lending.

• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and loan origination.

• Good understanding of SME financing, credit assessment and business operations.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Independent, proactive, results-oriented and committed to professional growth.
