The position operates within the Commercial Department and supports international trade activities across Asia, Europe, and other global markets. We offer up to 6 months internship opportunity starting immediately.
The role interacts cross-functionally with operations, finance, and logistics to ensure efficient execution of export sales and compliance with international trade regulations. Main activities, among others, as follow:
- Support pricing analysis and margin calculations
- Assist in customer communication regarding shipments, claims, and commercial updates
- Conduct market research on international trade flows, tariffs, and trade agreements (FTA analysis)
- Support trade compliance verification (Incoterms, customs regulations, sanctions screening)
- Prepare commercial reports and sales performance summaries
- Assist in forecasting and volume planning coordination with supply chain
- Support preparation and follow-up of international sales contracts (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.)
- Assist in managing export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC documents)
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics providers
- Participate in commercial meetings and prepare follow-up reports
Requirements
- Education: undergoing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Knowledge of Incoterms (2020)
- Understanding of international trade documentation
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures and tariffs
- Financial acumen (margin calculation, pricing structure)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
