Job Overview
- You will be supporting the ANEXT Data Management & Intelligence team to support R&D of data-driven solution cross all business domain of the bank and participating in the planning and implementation of the bank's strategic initiative.
- During your internship, you will own at least one major Business Intelligence (BI) or Data Analytics (DA) project and contribute to multiple short-term data initiatives with various business units. This hands-on experience is designed to sharpen your technical analytics skills and project management capabilities, directly supporting the Bank's strategic goals.

Data Intelligence & Analytics:
- Leverage data to guide and accelerate the launch of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bridge AI innovation with banking reality: Get hands-on experience solving specific use cases and pioneering new ways to improve operational efficiency.
- E2E participate through the progress of a BI & Data solution project from pain point discovery to end solution implementation.
- Gain insights on how to transform business challenges into data solutions by analyse and interpret the data while picking up domain business knowledge.
- Translate business requirements into analytical specifications for development & implementation.
- Design suitable data solution to address the pain point via automation, statistical models, dashboard or machine learning.
- Communicate with key stakeholders from the business team and database support team, enable the cross-team collaboration and gather key information to make our data solution comprehensive and effective.
- Train and help business users to adopt data-driven mindset through project UAT & Implementation.
Business Planning & Data Management
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to clients, vendors and corporate business partners (i.e. Strategic Partnerships, Product Development, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Technology, Distribution Channels & Quality assurance, internal audit, Marketing & Finance), to gain a complete understanding of business & operational goals, objectives & requirements.
- Support the banks in providing insights to improve cross functional operations, and execute recommendations via gathering business requirements for tech builds, drafting of business requirement documents, process mapping & re-engineering & project management.
- Learn the fundamental of enterprise data management. You will have a hands-on role in analyzing current data workflows, identifying gaps, and contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and frameworks that ensure data quality, reliability, and efficiency across the bank.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Statistics
- At least 1 years of proven project experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineer related domain
- Strong in SQL, Python or data visualization design
- Interest in fintech, tech and start-ups
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert complicated analytics into simple narratives
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset; equipped to deal with ambiguous problem statements and make insightful assumptions
