Business Intelligence Analysr

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data and providing insights that help improve decision-making and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to provide actionable intelligence through reports, dashboards, and data analysis.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of business data from various internal and external sources.
• Design and develop business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to create and automate reports that provide valuable insights into business performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from data that can help improve business strategies and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to understand data needs and provide tailored reports that support their objectives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Help with the development of data models, ensuring that the data structure supports analytical needs.
• Analyze and validate data to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.
• Monitor and track business metrics to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and report generation for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Assist with the implementation of BI solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data querying, cleaning, and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization and creating dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and databases.
• Understanding of business KPIs and metrics, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Experience with Excel or other data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
