Job Description

Join a global leader in freight forwarding and play a pivotal role in bringing strategic customer partnerships to life. As a Business Implementation Executive, you will be at the heart of customer onboarding across the Asia-Pacific region—partnering with commercial, operations, finance, IT, and regional teams to ensure seamless transitions for Global and Strategic Accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and making a direct impact on customer success within the logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation and transition of new and existing Global and Strategic Accounts across the APAC region.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding projects, from customer handover through planning, execution, Go-Live, and post-implementation activities.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, IT, Finance, Compliance, and Global Account Management to ensure operational readiness and successful service delivery.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate account setup activities, maintain implementation documentation, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, enhance customer onboarding, and drive operational excellence across the business.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Good understanding of international Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations and forwarding processes.
  • Experience in business implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, account management, or operational transition within the freight forwarding industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple internal functions to deliver successful customer implementations.
