Job Description

Job Description:
- Manage the overall business and own the APAC P&L, with the responsibility of delivering the required growth for the business.

- Develop new customers in the region by proactively identifying and securing new market segments, high-impact partnership opportunities, and emerging industry trends specifically for the live events business.

- Manage and nurture key customer relationships.

- Develop and implement robust partnership and growth strategies aligned with long-term company goals.

- Build regional teams to enhance the capabilities of catering to the required business needs.

- Build the right vendor relationships in order to augment the capabilities and be able to offer end to end solutions to clients.

- Lead contract discussions, manage proposals (RFPs), and finalize strategic agreements to ensure value creation.

- Manage budgets, track KPIs and provide periodic business progress to the leadership team.

- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional project team members to support business growth.


Requirements:
- Candidate must have prior experience of at least 3 years in a senior leadership role and independently managing P&L in events business.

- Candidate must have strong experience of developing and managing events business in the APAC region.

- Candidate should have the experience of developing and managing events business in Singapore, South East Asia as well as the exposure of running and managing events in Northeast Asia countries such as South Korea, Japan, etc.

- Candidates must be a team player and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required.

- Candidates should have a good command of English Language (written & spoken).

- A minimum of 10 years working experience in an events agency with at least 3 years of experience in Senior Leadership positions.

- Flexibility to travel (as needed) for client meetings and events.
