What You'll Be Doing

• Source and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and outreach

• Understand clients business financing needs and recommend suitable loan solutions

• Work with banks and financial institutions to structure financing applications

• Manage the financing process from initial consultation through approval and disbursement

• Build lasting relationships with business owners and generate repeat referrals

Who We're Looking For

• Self-driven, confident and commercially minded individuals

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with networking and business development

• Sales, banking, insurance, property or financial services experience is an advantage

• No prior loan brokerage experience required

Earning Illustration

For illustration purposes:

• Loan amount: S$1,000,000

• Service fee: 3% (S$30,000)

• 40% commission: S$12,000

• 50% commission: S$15,000

Actual earnings depend on successful transactions and applicable commission arrangements.
