Business Finance ManagerAbout Venttup

Role: Business Finance ManagerWe are looking for a Business Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bengaluru. The role will play an important part in strengthening our financial planning, reporting and compliance functions and supporting management in strategic decision-making.
The candidate will work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, improve business visibility and ensure that financial activities are aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare MIS, management reports and financial analysis
- Drive monthly/quarterly financial reporting and business performance reviews
- Support investor reporting, MIS and documentation
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and business performance
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
- Ensure financial, statutory and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with business, operations and leadership teams on financial planning
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs and performance metrics
- Support process improvement and strengthen financial controls as the company scales
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Reporting or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and financial statement management
- Good understanding of MIS, financial analysis and business reporting
- Hands-on experience in investor MIS and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of finance, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in a manufacturing company or early-stage/startup environment is preferred
- CMA / CA preferred; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Finance
- Immediate joiners preferred
