(A) Business News Sourcing
- Engagement with Client and Consultants for potential business opportunities, realising it from News to Tender to Award with guidance from Manager.
- Identity potential business opportunities from market research and analysis.
(B) Business Department Duties
- Carry out day-to-day Business Department duties such as:
- Prepare board papers for Headquarters (HQ) approval
- Carry out research & market analysis for business opportunities, competitors and other market trends
- Prepare prequalification for checking & submissions
- Carry out other business administrative tasks under management guidance
2. Regularly discuss timeline of all tasks with team and ensure timely deliverables.
(C) Tender Support & Coordination
- Provide support during tender stage such as:
- Coordinate with other departments and compile tender submittals with quality and on time
- Organise and facilitate Risk Assessment & Value Engineering sessions
- Coordinate discussions with Consultants for D&B tenders
2. Prepare tender presentations during tender interview as well as corporate presentations, presenting when necessary.
(D) Others:
- Plan and execute business events throughout the financial year.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives for the company throughout the financial year.
- Write and publish marketing initiatives such as company newsletters and brochures.
