• Responsible for the end-to-end marketing and trading activities for assigned accounts (e.g., industrial materials such as plastics, metals, chemicals).
• Conduct end-to-end marketing activities including sourcing and liaising with suppliers, negotiating and concluding contracts with customers, handling operational issues, managing claims/complaints, and overseeing payment collection.
• Engage in business promotion activities to develop new accounts and explore new business ventures as directed by the department.
• Guide administration staff/teammates in managing documentation requirements and logistics arrangements related to business contracts.
• Work closely with the Corporate Unit to ensure all business activities comply with company and country regulations.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• More than 1 year of relevant experience is advantageous (extensive training will be provided).
• Positive attitude with enthusiasm to learn.
• Strong sense of business acumen.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with mathematics and numerical analysis.
• Disciplined and possesses good work habits (e.g., punctuality, time management, ability to meet deadlines).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is beneficial.
• Interested in pursuing a career in trading and marketing of industrial materials (e.g., chemicals, plastics, metals).
• Willing to travel overseas for work purposes.
