Overview
We are looking for a Business Executive to support AKC's daily operations, course administration, customer service coordination, and internal workflows.
This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in business operations, customer service, administration, and service improvement. You will gain practical experience handling customer enquiries, document filing, scheduling, reporting, internal coordination, and sales/admin workflows.
By the end of this work-study programme, you will have hands-on experience supporting operations, managing customer and stakeholder communication, maintaining records, and understanding how customer experience supports business efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
. Support daily business operations and course administration workflows
. Assist with customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, or walk-in communication
. Support registration follow-up and customerservice coordination
. Maintain accurate records for documents, schedules, registrations, and internal follow-ups
. Support sales and administrative follow-up activities
. Assist in preparing sales, enquiry, registration, or operational reports
. Manage customer communication across relevant service channels
. Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth course delivery and customer service
Requirements
. Nitec or Higher Nitec in Customer Experience Management, Business Administration, Retail & Online Business, or related fields
. Strong interest in business operations, customer service, administration, or service improvement
. Good communication skills for handling customers, learners, clients, and internal teams
. Organised and detail-oriented when managing records, schedules, documents, and follow-ups
. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and basic digital tools
. Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and patiently
. Able to coordinate with different departments and follow through on assigned tasks
