Role Description

We are looking for a final-year university student or a fresh graduate who wants to build their career in a fast-paced tech startup. This role sits with the commercial team and directly alongside the Founder, where you will be in the room (or on the call) for sales pitches, partnership conversations, and strategic decisions. You will own real work, not slide decks nobody reads. The internship is structured with a clear full-time conversion path for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Sales & BD: Support end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and outreach to demos, follow-ups, and closing.
  • Pipeline: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
  • Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Strategy: Assist in crafting go-to-market strategies and competitive landscape analyses.
  • Ad hoc: Roll up your sleeves for whatever else moves the needle; a startup doesn't run on job descriptions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, CS, or related field.
  • Previous startup experience, internship, own venture, or a scrappy side hustle is a strong plus.
  • Hunger to build a career in the startup ecosystem, not just pass through it.
  • Strong communicator, you can write a tight cold email and hold your own in a client meeting.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, market research, and building business cases.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder and adapting to a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or venture/fundraising environments.
  • Exposure to industrial domains such as chemicals, oil & gas, energy, or aviation operations.
