Business Development Specialist

A Singapore-based asset management firm is seeking an experienced Investor Relations / Business Development professional to lead fundraising and strengthen investor engagement across private markets and multi-asset strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital-raising initiatives and manage investor pipelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Prepare investor materials and coordinate events, presentations, and communications.
• Act as the main contact for existing investors, providing timely updates and insights.
• Represent the firm at industry events and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Minimally 5 - 10 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, institutional sales, business development, or private banking.
• Proven track record with Sovereign Wealth Funds, FoFs, HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
• Strong understanding of investment products; private markets experience preferred.
