About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team as we&aposre bringing Oddle&aposs position in Asia Pacific to the next level. Join us in this high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact in the F&B scene.
You will bring potential F&B merchants onboard as Oddle&aposs partners with our online & dine-in solutions, by adopting the local sales process and managing the sales cycle from pitching to closing the deals.

What you will do
- Run discovery-led sales calls with high-potential restaurants
- Tailor multi-product solutions based on the restaurants stage and goals
- Partner with RevOps to manage a healthy pipeline
- Work closely with the Onboarding, Account Manager and Customer Success teams to get the merchants to go live and maximize their success potential
- Meet and exceed given weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clientele in the F&B industry
- Any other ad hoc duties as directed by the Company
Who we&aposre looking for
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of consistent target achievement. Experience in F&B / F&B eCommerce industry will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills, with a sound business acumen
- A driven individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the F&B industry, a great plus if you&aposre a foodie
- Possess a great sense of ownership and take pride in your work
- Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
