Business Development Specialist (Logistics) / Sales Manager (Freight Sales)

Lead and manage the full R&D cycle from concept design, prototyping, testing, to final implementation

Translate business and technical requirements into clear, achievable development goals.

Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor products.

Manage R&D project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-department coordination.

Ensure technical documentation, IP compliance, and product validation procedures are in place and audit-ready.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment from development to market launch.

Lead troubleshooting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of existing products.

Mentor and guide junior engineers or researchers within the R&D department.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
