Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Singapore. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and outreach across key markets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing client needs, and preparing proposals or pitches tailored to prospects in various industries. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal marketing and creative teams to develop solutions, and tracking performance against sales targets. The specialist will also participate in meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote FY Ads services and support continued busines

Qualifications

  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, understand market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Service mindset with the ability to manage client expectations, respond promptly to inquiries, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
  • Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising platforms; understanding of cross-border or APAC markets is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin are must for liaising with regional clients and partners.
