Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant with extensive experience in B2B sales of precious metals, particularly gold. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients such as jewelers, bullion traders, manufacturers, and institutional buyers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field;
• An MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage;
• 6–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in gold or other precious metals such as silver, diamonds, or platinum;
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets;
• Strong understanding of precious metal markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply chains.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of international gold markets and trading practices;
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance standards;
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company's footprint in the precious metals market;
• Drive B2B sales of gold, silver, diamonds, and platinum to wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and relationship management with Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities;
• Established network within the jewelry, bullion, or commodities industry;
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools;
• Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and partners to achieve revenue targets;
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with jewelers, bullion dealers, banks, and corporate clients;
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients and partners;
• Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, finance, logistics, and compliance to ensure seamless operations;
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management;
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand visibility;
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards within the precious metals industry;
