Job Title: Business Development Specialist
About the job
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, driven and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new businesses through sales efforts and wants to improve patient care. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell Articares range of medical device products to healthcare professionals (Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Rehab Physicians, etc.), demonstrating the benefits of the products offerings.
Identify and target potential customers within assigned territories or segments (e.g., hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers).
Drive the B2B sales process including generating the lead, product demonstration, negotiation and closing the deal.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications using CRM software and manage sales pipeline efficiently with the team to achieve sales targets.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Showcase and promote our innovative technology at conferences, trade fairs, and events.
Supporting the development of marketing and clinical material for the customers.
Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.
Provide post-sales basic service support to customers, ensuring clients are satisfied with their products and services.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
3+ years of sales and business development experience with medical devices, solutions, and services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Motivated, out-of-the-box thinking
High proactiveness, persistence, and drive to achieve performance goals
Willing to travel locally and internationally
Good to have: Candidates with occupational therapy, physiotherapy & rehabilitation technology experience will be advantageous and will be considered even without prior sales experience.
