Our client is looking for someone who to join them in a Japanese Trading company dealing with Plastic Resin and Raw Materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
- Drive sales growth through proactive market outreach and client engagement.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, pricing, lead times, and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow up on payments and address customer feedback or issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of sales/business development experience in commodity and engineering plastics.
- Strong knowledge of plastic distribution and technical product applications.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
- Self-driven, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
