Business Development & Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets in Southeast Asia (SEA).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the region.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
