Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to lead freight operations and drive business growth in the Project Cargo Logistics sector. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strong client engagement skills, and a hunter mentality. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and orchestrating logistics solutions that meet complex supply chain needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive freight operations and business development for project cargo logistics.
- Achieve revenue targets and acquire new and potential accounts.
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients to ensure ongoing participation and satisfaction.
- Manage and grow existing clientele while actively hunting for new business opportunities.
- Lead customer presentations and proposals with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Share market intelligence on customer needs and competitor developments with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the enhancement of sales best practices and strategic account management.
- Arrange, coordinate, and follow up on shipments to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong hunter acumen and proactive sales approach.
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations and ability to align solutions with business offerings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
