JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and building relationships with potential clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Conducting research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to develop strategies for business growth.
- Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Qualifying leads to determine their potential as business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services.
- Developing proposals and negotiating terms to secure new business deals.
- Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle sales activities such as follow up purposes and client visit.
- Responsibilities for create contracts, quotations, proposal, and event floor plans.
- Ensure all menu proposals are presented to the client accurately & effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all -Sales reports and transactions.
- Ensure maximum utilization of space.
- Conduct property inspection and recommend on set up planning of the function.
- Conduct sales calls/blitz Frequently liaise with Catering Sales Manager on business pick up guests request.
- To achieve revenue goals for corporate functions.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma holder with min 1 year experience in sales and/or service/customer facing roles.
- Passionate and high level of customer-centricity.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Highly motivated & self-driven, able to work effectively in a team
