Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and building relationships with potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Conducting research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Qualifying leads to determine their potential as business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services.
  • Developing proposals and negotiating terms to secure new business deals.
  • Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle sales activities such as follow up purposes and client visit.
  • Responsibilities for create contracts, quotations, proposal, and event floor plans.
  • Ensure all menu proposals are presented to the client accurately & effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all -Sales reports and transactions.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of space.
  • Conduct property inspection and recommend on set up planning of the function.
  • Conduct sales calls/blitz Frequently liaise with Catering Sales Manager on business pick up guests request.
  • To achieve revenue goals for corporate functions.
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma holder with min 1 year experience in sales and/or service/customer facing roles.
  • Passionate and high level of customer-centricity.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Highly motivated & self-driven, able to work effectively in a team
