Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle new client development for Singapore's commercial cleaning market, focus on office buildings, commercial complexes, industrial parks and other core sectors, independently prospect and acquire new clients to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct client site visits, deeply communicate service demands, provide customized cleaning solutions, and lead quotation follow-up, commercial negotiation and contract closing independently.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities to expand industry connections, enhance brand visibility and tap potential client resources.
  • Collect market and competitor intelligence (sales strategies, pricing, client layout), provide actionable insights for the company's sales strategy optimization.
  • Collaborate with bid and operations teams to ensure smooth connection between client development and project delivery, maintain new client satisfaction for follow-up cooperation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years proven B2B sales experience in Singapore, hands-on experience in cleaning/security/property management industry is a MUST, with a track record of independent new client development and sales target achievement.
  • Exceptional new client prospecting capabilities, proficient in cold calling, field development, needs analysis, solution presentation and high-level commercial negotiation.
  • Existing client networks/resources in Singapore's office buildings, industrial parks or commercial complexes are highly preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English for professional local client communication, results-driven with strong self-motivation.
  • Adapt to frequent field visits, with excellent pressure resistance and the ability to independently identify and seize market business opportunities.
