About the Role
We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and relationship-orientedBusiness Development (Sales) Executiveto grow two of our core business units:
1.Recruitment Agency Connecting top talent with organisations across industries.
2.SkillsFuture-Approved Training Academy Delivering industry-relevant courses, including AI training, to equip employees with future-ready skills.
The role involves curating and building targeted prospect databases, arranging strategic meetings, and converting opportunities into sales across recruitment services, corporate training programmes, and financial advisory team growth initiatives.
This position is ideal for candidates with priorsales experience in the insurance or financial advisory industry, particularlyformer Financial Advisorswho are RNF-coded and can also recommend financial services or insurance products when opportunities arise.
Key Responsibilities
For the Recruitment Agency & Training Academy:
Build and maintain a high-quality database of HR professionals in Singapore.
Reach out to HR personnel to arrangeLunch & Learnsessions, positioning our training and recruitment services.
Promote and sell AI and other SkillsFuture-eligible courses to corporate clients, enabling them to use SFEC funding to upskill their employees.
Identify recruitment needs of companies and recommend our recruitment services.
For the Financial Advisory Recruitment & Training Segment:
Curate and maintain a database of insurance agency leaders in Singapore.
Arrange meetings with agency leaders to present our services in:
oRecruiting new Financial Advisors
oSelling training and coaching programmes (cash and SkillsFuture-funded) for their teams.
Cross-sell or recommend financial services and insurance products where appropriate.
General Business Development Duties:
Follow up on leads from marketing and social media campaigns.
Engage prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to secure appointments and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
Mandatory:Willing to beRNF-coded (Representative Notification Framework) for selling/recommending financial products when opportunities are available.
Proven track record insales,business development, orfinancial advisory(insurance/FA industry preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in making outbound calls.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
ACTA/ACLP certification is advantageous but not required.
Work Experience:
Minimum 23 years in Financial Advisory, Business Development, or related sales roles.
Education:
Diploma or higher.

Salary: SGD 3,000 4,500 + commissions.
