Business Development / Sales Executive (Permanent / 5 Days / West) NATL

Benefits:

• Salary: Basic up $3500 + Uncapped comms
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 6.00pm)
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Training provided

Duties:

• Identify and target potential clients (companies)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients hiring needs, industry trends, and business goals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• repare and present recruitment service proposals and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients.
• Analyze client industry needs to tailor recruitment solutions.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
