Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and proactive prospecting

2. Execute cold calling, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with new and existing clients

3. Partner with the BD team to penetrate and grow key accounts strategically

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls and site visits

5. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align client hiring needs and candidate delivery

6. Track sales activities, client interactions, and progress accurately in the CRM system
