Kinexcs is aSingapore-based healthtech company developing AI-driven digital health andwearable solutions for musculoskeletal care. Our product portfolio includesmedical-device and software solutions designed to improve mobility, recoveryoutcomes, and quality of life. As we continue to expand internationally, we arelooking for a commercially driven team member to help grow our presence acrossthe American and European markets.

Role Summary

We are looking for amotivated and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Executiveto support Kinexcs commercial growth across the US and European markets.
This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building andmanaging strategic accounts, and driving sales activities from prospectingthrough onboarding.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working across business development, account management, and sales execution. You should be able to build relationships with stakeholders, understand customer needs, communicateproduct value clearly, and contribute to market expansion efforts in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Conduct strategic market research and analysis across the American and European markets to identify target segments, customer needs, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Identify and approach potential partners, distributors, healthcare providers, and commercial clients.
  • Represent Kinexcs at networking events, conferences, trade shows, and relevant industry meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Kinexcs products and services in order to educate prospects and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Gather customer and market feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams to support commercial and product strategy.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with prospects, customers, distributors, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Support account planning and growth strategies for priority markets and key clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-through on customer requirements.
  • Monitor account performance, customer engagement, and commercial progress against agreed goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and account updates in CRM and reporting systems.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and help ensure a positive experience across the customer journey.

Sales

  • Manage the sales cycle from outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and market context.
  • Support proposal preparation, quotation follow-up, and commercial negotiations.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and handover to relevant internal teams after deal closure.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline movement, and conversion progress, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, market updates, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage international stakeholders professionally.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing pipelines and accounts.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a startup or fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and market development activities.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones, including occasional early morning or evening calls to support US and European stakeholders.

Language Requirements

  • English - required
  • German - preferred
  • Dutch - preferred
  • Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, digital health, SaaS, or medical device sales is an advantage.
  • Exposure to international market expansion, distributor management, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and customer success processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership teams.

Working Arrangement

  • Flexible working hours required to support cross-border collaboration across US and European markets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
