Our Business Development Representatives play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new revenue opportunities across their assigned markets. Working closely with the BDM, they help drive the early stages of the sales cycle and expand our pipeline. We're looking for individuals who are driven, resourceful, and proactive people who have a desire to learn, take ownership and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
Reaching out to potential corporate clients via calls, email, and LinkedIn
Creating a strong first impression of Instantia
Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Book meetings for the BDM team
Keeping our CRM sharp and our pipeline buzzing
Learning real market skills - FX options, hedging, macro trends
Working closely with senior team members
Using AI and tech to boost outreach and lead generation
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Minimum Degree or equivalent
