We are now looking for our first hires in Malaysia and Indonesia to expand our footprint, someone who can work and grow alongside us and take us up the next level. This is a wonderful opportunity to build the business from the ground up, shape our in-country business direction, and establish yourself in the energy efficiency and sustainability space.
Role Description
Our Senior/Business Development Representative has one overarching responsibility - grow our Malaysia / Indonesia markets. He/she will
● Own Malaysia/Indonesia business target and plans
● Develop a network of leads, clients, installers, dealers and partners
● Prospect new leads and perform site visits
● Ensure projects are successfully executed
Ideal Profile
● Engineering background – electrical preferred
● Must have prior success and accounts in any of the following – Manufacturing, Malls, Hotels
● 4 – 5 years of business development and sales experience
● Good English proficiency
● Own transport

● Strong discipline in organization, follow-up and reporting
● Driven to do what it takes to get leads and close deals

This is a home-based role in the initial period, which will transition to a office-based one once we have established what we need to scale in Malaysia / Indonesia.
