Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential SME clients (lead generation).
Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
Develop account plans and client strategies.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
Understand client needs, goals, and business operations.
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage.
Handle client concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Customer service mindset
Problem-solving and conflict resolution
Attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant industry or sector
The corporate rank and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience
