Business Development & Operations Manager

Artisan of Sense is a premium Singaporean fragrance brand with a 9-year legacy of craftsmanship. As we enter an exciting phase of business expansion and corporate growth, we are looking for a versatile Business Development & Operations Manager. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to grow alongside a boutique brand, taking full ownership of both strategic market expansion and the day-to-day heartbeat of our atelier.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Partnerships: Lead the expansion of our corporate portfolio. You will identify new opportunities for bespoke collaborations and manage relationships with premium stockists, handling everything from professional proposals to project delivery.

• Atelier & Production Oversight: Ensure the smooth, daily running of our atelier. This includes managing inventory, coordinating production schedules, and participating in the end-to-end crafting process to ensure our high standards are met, especially during peak seasons.

• Operational Agility: As a key member of a growing team, you will handle diverse operational tasks. You will help refine our internal processes to ensure efficiency as the business scales, ensuring every online and corporate order is fulfilled with meticulous care.

• Brand & Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and partners, ensuring professional communication and seamless execution of all business agreements.

• General Management: Take initiative on ad-hoc business projects and administrative tasks that support the overall growth and professionalization of the brand.
