What you'll be doing
- Assist the HOD and Business Development Manager in developing initiatives, projects, and workplans to support strategic and operational priorities
- Work closely with leads to establish, implement, and maintain marketing and business outreach activities for the business unit
- Handle and track feedback from internal and external clients to support service improvement
- Provide administrative, coordination, and professional support for business development activities and cross-functional projects in partnership with clinical teams
- Maintain and update the business unit's websites (internet and intranet), ensuring timely content updates and follow-up actions based on feedback
- Manage and administer new and existing contracts with internal partners (e.g., primary care entities) and external clients (e.g., GP clinics), including liaising with Legal on contract terms and amendments
- Champion communication efforts and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth updates on operational or workflow changes
- Support the HOD with additional assignments, projects, or administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Business Administration/ Marketing or related studies
- 2 - 4 years of similar working experience, preferably in large organizations particularly in project coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clinical, corporate, and external partners
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both administrative and project-based work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and content-management tools, with the ability to analyse data, manage contracts, and support operational workflows using CRM or internal healthcare systems
