Role Overview

We are hiring multiple Business Development Managers to support the expansion of our cross-border payments business. This role focuses on new client acquisition, industry expansion, and commercial partnerships, serving customers across cross-border e-commerce, education, gaming, and internet-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in cross-border payments.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Engage enterprise and mid-market clients to understand their payment needs and propose suitable solutions.

  • Drive transaction volume growth through long-term client relationships.

Industry & Market Expansion

  • Develop expertise in client segments such as cross-border e-commerce, education, and gaming.

  • Work closely with internal product, operations, and risk teams to deliver effective payment solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support business strategy.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

  • Support clients during onboarding and ongoing commercial discussions.

Requirements

Core Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
