Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leadership to support and influence strategic decision-making that drives business growth and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business strategies, financial assumptions, and market opportunities, and provide practical recommendations to management.
- Support operational management by coordinating administrative, clerical, and cross-departmental activities to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to strengthen governance, control, and accountability across departmental functions.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational and time-management standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of business initiatives across markets.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Active participation in strategic planning processes, including the development and execution of business campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to understand audience engagement and support various business development and marketing functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying their needs and aligning them with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze feedback across different communication channels and media platforms, and present insights on their advantages and limitations.
- Plan and implement business campaigns to enhance brand awareness, market presence, and campaign visibility.
- Experience working with regional markets, with the ability to coordinate initiatives and business strategies across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales performance and business development.
- Regional experience within Southeast Asia or other international markets is required.
- Strong leadership with excellent people management and shop/operations management experience.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and counselling team members to achieve performance goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Proactive in identifying and nurturing individual potential, equipping team members with the skills and knowledge required for success.
