BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to increase the company's revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive positioning.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches, promotions, and platform growth.
• Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketplace industry.
• Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and platform-based business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing partnerships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with e-commerce tools and platforms.
