Key Responsibilities
. Manage and maintain sustainable relationships with existing clients.
. Identify critical customer needs and build short/medium/long-term sales pipelines.
. Stay updated with industry trends and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
. Introduce company services and portfolio to new prospects through networking, referrals, presentations, sales campaigns, and outbound calls.
. Ensure compliance with company standards and processes.
. Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the Director.
Requirements
. Strong knowledge of workplace strategic planning in the interior design / commercial interior fit-out industry.
. Strong network with design firms and architect firms.
. Self-motivated with strong sales drive.
. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a related industry.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong sales presentation and negotiation skills.
. Proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
. Customer-oriented and results-driven.
