Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with the sales team to grow key client relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, presentations, and closing activities within assigned markets or territories.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing value-driven solutions.

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and key clients to support agreements, service solutions, and account growth initiatives.

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities including renewals, new projects, and account expansion initiatives.

  • Monitor customer engagement, track sales opportunities, and provide regular updates to management on account progress and business development activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop solutions that address client requirements.

  • Engage with suppliers or partners where necessary to support solution development and delivery.

  • Ad hoc duties / projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably from Data Center, IT Cloud Solutions industry.

  • Good understanding of business strategy, sales planning, and client engagement practices.

  • Comfortable with overseas business travel when required.
