Trejoy Pte Ltd is a fast-growing family owned company focused on vending, FMCG distribution (modern trade), and innovative retail solutions in Singapore. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to expand our vending and retail footprint by securing strategic locations and partnerships.

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing high-potential locations for vending machines and retail placements across Singapore. This role requires strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new vending machine placement opportunities in:Shopping mallsOfficesSchools & institutionsHospitalsCondominiumsFactories & industrial buildingsTransport hubs and public spaces
  • Conduct site evaluations based on:Human traffic flowDemographicsAccessibilityPower availabilityRental feasibilityRevenue potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:LandlordsProperty management companiesBuilding ownersCorporate clientsGovernment-linked organizations

Negotiate commercial terms, rental agreements, and placement contracts.

Work closely with operations and technical teams to coordinate machine deployment and setup.

Monitor performance of vending locations and recommend optimization strategies.

Develop partnerships and explore new business channels to grow Trejoy's presence in Singapore.

Prepare weekly sales pipelines, proposals, reports, and business updates for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, leasing, or account management.
  • Experience in vending, FMCG, retail, property leasing, or F&B industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with outdoor meetings and site visits.
  • Possess strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with Singapore commercial properties and retail landscape is preferred.
  • Class 3 driving license is a bonus.
