About Our Client

As part of our commercial team, you will identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and manage customer relationships across various industries. You'll gain exposure to regional trade dynamics, pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and the operational aspects of implementing new solutions. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to support our customers, refine supply chain processes, and bring new commercial initiatives to market.

Job Description

Business Development & Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with cargo owners, logistics partners, and relevant agencies.
  • Uncover potential sales leads and follow through from initial discussion to proposal stage.
  • Craft pricing approaches and commercial packages tailored to customer needs, both locally and regionally.
  • Present solutions clearly and persuasively to customers and stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, trade flows, and competitor activity.
  • Support customer engagement activities and events.



Executing Commercial Solutions

  • Work with cross-functional teams to roll out commercial agreements.
  • Map current customer processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with operations teams to enhance existing workflows or design new ones.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and commercial details.
  • Serve as a key touchpoint for customer requests and ongoing account management.



Sales Management

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track progress diligently.
  • Communicate insights from customer interactions to internal teams to help refine solutions.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Work with colleagues across departments to strengthen overall commercial efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting targets, ideally in sectors such as Life Sciences, Industrial & Technology, or Retail & Consumer.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working across teams and functions.
