This role is responsible for growing a company's revenue and market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Their role bridges sales, marketing, and strategy.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Find and pursue new clients (leads, referrals, cold/warm outreach).
2. Meet clients, understand needs, and pitch suitable solutions.
3. Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow up until deals close.
4. Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
5. Coordinate internally (ops / supply / project teams) to deliver what was sold.
6. Track pipeline, sales progress, and revenue targets
