Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the design and office furniture market. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.

You will work closely with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and implement effective business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the company's client base

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, architects, designers, and contractors

• Build strategic partnerships to strengthen market positioning in workspace solutions

• Plan and execute business development strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements

• Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

• Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver integrated workspace solutions

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking sessions

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within office furniture, interior design, or construction-related industries

• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into actionable plans

• Good understanding of workspace trends such as ergonomics, modular systems, sustainability, and compliance

• Strong business acumen with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
