About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join the team in Singapore.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across the MICE and corporate events space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
  • Lead negotiations and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in MICE, events, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage
  • Exposure to SaaS or technology-driven solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
