About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding sales team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving the growth of our steel products across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Travel as required to meet clients and explore new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in oilfield services, industrial products, or steel trading.
- Strong knowledge of steel products and oil & gas equipment (wellheads, Christmas trees, drill pipes, OCTG, completion tools, valves, fittings).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, proactive, results-oriented, and willing to travel as needed.
