Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities
Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation, opportunity qualification, client engagement, proposal coordination, negotiation, and contract award.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, major clients, project owners, and strategic partners to secure repeat business and long-term contracts.
Act as the main commercial focal point for assigned accounts by understanding client needs, monitoring ongoing opportunities, and ensuring high service levels throughout the customer lifecycle.
Support vendor sourcing activities for projects by identifying qualified suppliers, subcontractors, and partners that meet technical, commercial, and delivery requirements.
Participate in vendor prequalification, registration, evaluation, and relationship development to strengthen the company's project delivery network and market competitiveness.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and tender pipelines to support strategic planning and business positioning.
Prepare commercial proposals, client presentations, sales forecasts, account development plans, and periodic management reports.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and framework agreements in line with company policies and profitability targets.
Represent the company in client meetings, technical-commercial discussions, networking events, and industry exhibitions to enhance market presence and business opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, tendering, or commercial roles within the oil and gas industry.
Proven experience in tender management, bid preparation, and commercial proposal development
Strong key account management experience with the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders is essential.
Experience in vendor sourcing, supplier identification, subcontractor coordination, or project procurement support is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in the role
