Job Description

Job Purpose

Grow business in SEA for the brands in the assigned segments

Expand market share by developing new channels and by securing new project opportunities

Support account management of local existing partners

Spec-in activity at stakeholders

Support local Marketing activities and initiatives

Required Experience and Knowledge Must Have

Higher Education in Engineering / technical discipline preferred

Experience in the Industrial and/or Utility piping market preferably with PLASTIC

piping (e.g. valves, joints, pipes, pumps, process instruments) applied to e.g. Water

Treatment, Chemical processing, Surface treatment, Infrastructure networks

(gas/water conveyance)

Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to present

strategic recommendations to market stakeholders

Self-starter, with marked self-organizing and work planning ability

Previous experience of at least 5-10 years in sales or business development

preferably for MNCs or International operating and structured organizations

High Team orientation, with strong commitment and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

Implement sales strategies in alignment with the Head of Geographies and the Divisional Segment Managers/ Brand Managers

Participate in the regional Sales budget definition

Sales forecasting in support of the Integrated Business Planning process

Develop new sales channels and business partners (e.g. Distributors, OEMs, EPCs,

end Users),

Project and tender management: from scouting through tracking to securing the

supply, direct or through local partners

Suggest new strategies / approaches in terms of product portfolio, route-to-

market, marketing initiatives, approvals, further investments, etc. in line with

market needs and trends

Regularly visit project stakeholders to ensure brands spec-in through technical

presentations, alone or in support to local partners

Market intelligence: follow market trends and competitors activities, identify and

take part in most relevant regional trade shows

Activities reporting and opportunities tracking via CRM

Regular Teams meetings with internal stakeholders and other functions
