This position reports to the Director, Darren Low, and interfaces with suppliers, installers, and clients. SMARTHAUS PTE. Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1.Handling customer enquiries from walk-in, online, and referral channels, and assisting in identifying client requirements

2.Supporting client consultations by understanding residential and business needs, including space, usage, and budget considerations

3.Assisting in preparation of quotations, proposals, and basic system configurations for smart home solutions

4.Coordinating with suppliers and installers to support smooth delivery and installation of products and systems

5.Managing sales-related documentation, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and ensuring proper follow-up throughout the sales process

6.Supporting business development activities, including lead generation, participation in partnership outreach, and occasional involvement in simple marketing or promotional initiatives

Technical Skills and Competencies
1.Active participation in business development planning, including understanding sales targets, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies

2.Learning how to engage clients and stakeholders professionally through effective communication, needs analysis, and consultative selling approaches

3.Gaining experience in sales tracking, customer database management, and maintaining accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and transactions

4.Developing technical knowledge of smart home products and systems, including understanding product features, system compatibility, and solution configuration

5.Learning how to prepare and present structured proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements, while managing client expectations effectively

6.Gaining exposure to analysing sales channels and supporting basic digital engagement or promotional activities to enhance customer outreach and lead generation
