This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the Director in strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
. Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through various marketing strategies and networking opportunities.
. Secure meetings with clients or consultants.
. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and budgets independently.
. Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and other events.
. Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and timely delivery a material.
. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with client/consultant timelines. Prefered with previous experience in this industry.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
. Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in Business Development or Manager, preferably within the scrap material trading industry.
. Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced.
