Business development manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, industries, and geographies.
• Develop and implement business development strategies, plans, and tactics that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform business development decisions.
• Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date with industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
