Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will drive growth strategies for our Food & Beverage business, focusing on expanding market presence, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities. This role combines strategic planning, sales, and marketing to enhance the brand's reach and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to enter new markets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key clients to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align business development initiatives.
  • Lead sales initiatives and negotiate with potential clients to secure new contracts.
  • Set sales targets and monitor sales performance to achieve revenue goals.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support business objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for business development projects to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports on market conditions, competitive landscape, and sales performance to senior management.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
