The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager / Senior Executive to be the face of our brand. Your mission is two-fold: aggressively expand our client portfolio and elevate our market presence through creative marketing initiatives. You will work directly with the business owner to shape our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential hiring managers and HR leaders within the Healthcare, IT, and Engineering industries.
  • Strategic Networking: Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and industry events.
  • Market Positioning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our boutique services (including social media content and email campaigns).
  • Solution Selling: Conduct presentations and pitch recruitment solutions (Permanent, Contract, or Executive Search) tailored to client needs.
  • Account Management: Transition newly won accounts to the recruitment team while maintaining high-level relationship management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of hiring trends in Singapore's technical sectors to act as a consultant to our clients.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: As a boutique firm, we value someone who can work independently and wear many hats

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or 360 Recruitment, specifically within the Singapore market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical requirements and language of the Healthcare, Engineering, or IT sectors.
  • The Hunter Mentality: You are motivated by targets, resilient against rejection, and proactive in finding new doors to open.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
